How do you manage to install the gold rings ? (if that is no secret )

Thanks. The silver rings are actually stripping tape that women use on there nails. You have to be careful because it easily stretches if it is pulled hard, and if so it lifts off when the lacquer is applied. Again a learning curve for me.
